nature flottante

I’ve always found it hard to part with bouquets of flowers, as everyone has their own criteria and each flower wilts in its own unique way. So I decided to place these wilted flowers on a scanner to keep a trace of them, a souvenir.
For this series, I wanted to create an unreal and timeless representation of a flower to magnify it, to accentuate its eternal aspect beyond wilting.
