This series of photos is made up of what you might call two sub-series:
- The first is created from archive photographs taken in Comporta in 2013.
- The second is based on photographs taken in Comporta in 2024.
The same place, but very different people.
That summer of 2024, in Comporta, I learned about my mum’s illness. Making it the place where the family comes together to share good times and bad.
